Our goal is to always ship our customers the best quality of fruit. To achieve this goal we wait until our fruit is the correct color and maturity to ship, so therefore we normally begin shipping the first week of December. If mother nature allows us to ship your order earlier, we will do it. We ship gift fruit anywhere in the contiguous United States, from December 1st through March if available, so be sure to order early so we can meet your requested delivery dates. We suggest shipping dates for Christmas gifts be left to our discretion; and we promise to ship in ample time to assure pre-Christmas delivery provided, of course, that you get your order to us by December 5th for standard shipping. If an order is placed after this date, standard shipping may not be available. If standard shipping is not available, we may be able to ship it using UPS for an additional charge of $5.00. If you place an order after December 16th, please call our Customer Service for rates or further shipping information. Standard shipping prices will resume after Christmas. We do not ship between about December 20 and January 5 due to delays associated with the holidays. Your gift selection is loaded on a refrigerated truck and rushed directly to a USPS office within 100 miles of your delivery address. It is then delivered to your address by the USPS, so please be sure to include complete, correct and legible street addresses or, if shipping to a post office box, include a telephone number. Please call for rates if you have shipping needs that require other shipping methods and/or schedules.

Each product has our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If any of our products fail to arrive in good condition, notify us of the damage within fourteen days of receipt. We will cheerfully replace the product or give you a refund. A copy of our guarantee is enclosed with each gift. We do not guarantee delivery to an incorrect or an incomplete address.
